At MK MOT our aim is very simple we will get your vehicle whether it is a car, 4x4 or class 7 and class 5 through the MOT as quickly as possible. However not every vehicle will fly through the MOT test but this will not be a major inconvenience if the test results in a failure.

Most MOT test failure items are mended the same day. Our staff are well trained and very courteous, we have full waiting facilities, We are also very well equipped to deal with any repair that your MOT may throw at us.

All of our MOT tests are carried out by appointment only. However you are more than welcome to wait and watch your MOT test being done.

We normally need around three days notice for a test, though we do often keep a few spare test slots available for last minute emergencies - especially towards the end of the month!

On average an MOT test takes around 45 minutes to an hour. At MK MOT we have comfortable waiting facilities where you can enjoy a cuppa while watching your MOT being carried out.

An MOT reminder scheme is available whereby we will contact you in advance to book in your MOT. This service is absolutely free. Please visit us or phone us to arrange this.

You can book in your MOT up to one month in advance. You should provide all paperwork before the test; this will ensure that if your vehicle passes, any outstanding time (up to one month) can be added. Please note, if the time left exceeds one month, no time can be added.
